My stay at this traditional Japanese hotel was a wonderful experience. The staff were incredibly friendly and polite, going above and beyond to make me feel welcome. They even helped me with parking and bid me farewell with a Japanese-style deep bow. The hotel's location right next to the bus station was extremely convenient, especially for those traveling by public transport. It also made it easy to explore the surrounding area and find great places to eat. The room was spacious and clean, and the traditional Japanese style allowed me to fully immerse myself in the culture. The hotel also had two public hot spring baths, one indoor and one open-air, both with clear instructions in multiple languages. this hotel offered a fantastic experience, with its attentive staff, convenient location, and traditional Japanese atmosphere.
Nothing all excellent.

Although the hotel offers a unique and traditional experience, some aspects of the hotel are in need of maintenance. There have been reports of burn holes in the rugs, decrepit furniture, and water dripping from faucets.

Great hot springs and Japanese-style room with traditional decorations. the staff were kind and welcoming, and the location was perfect for exploring the city as it is situated close to transport links. the free parking made it very convenient for those driving.
The hotel was very old and needed extensive maintenance. the bathroom was not up to scratch, and the electrical plugs were in awkward positions, making it difficult to charge phones, cameras, and laptops.
